TYLOR offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms & conditions.

Once the order has been placed successfully an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct email address when placing the order. It is also your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct. Please make sure the recipient’s name is included in the shipping address.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact the customer service before placing a new order.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal account. There is no extra charge for paying with either PayPal or direct credit cards.
Online payment service is provided by PayPal or Stripe. All confidential customers’ payment details are securely transmitted directly and in an encrypted format (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service. In case of promotions, the quoted price is only applicable during the period of the corresponding promotion.
The total purchase price shown when ordering is inclusive of taxes to the below countries:
United States, the European Union (EU) member countries, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Macau, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan;
You may place an order to a country outside the above listed countries, but please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the goods reach the destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined.
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information. If an order needs to be changed or cancelled after being processed, please contact us immediately. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes and we will not accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.
We offer free shipping for the order above US$60, otherwise the shipping cost is US$15. We are mainly using FedEx service for international shipping. For the shipping address which FedEx service is not covered, we will select other appropriate courier service. The delivery time for your order is usually within 2-6 working days. However, the actual delivery time can be longer due to your location and custom process for some countries.
NON PICKED UP GOODS
In case we receive packages that have not been collected by the recipient, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs incurred when handling your order and shipment back to us. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order.
For all orders placed through our site, we offer a 14 days full return service after receiving your order, including the options of exchanging your product(s) and having your money refunded. Please note exchanges are dependent on availability of stock.
In the case of return or exchange, please contact our customer service.
All you will have to do is to simply return the goods to us in original, unused condition along with the original packaging and gifts (if any). Please note that it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs and to make sure the returned goods reach us in unharmed condition. We advise you to choose an insured shipping method which includes a Track & Trace. Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and process them to ensure that you get what you want as quickly as possible. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost, duties and taxes (if any).
However, if you receive a faulty or wrong product(s), please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within 3 days after receiving the order). We will provide you with further instructions on exchange procedures in 3 working days and bear the shipment costs incurred.
Warranty for TYLOR watches is 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects including the watch movement, dial, indexes and hands.
The warranty does not cover:
1) The life of the batteries, normal wear and tear, strap or bracelet damage.
2) Damage caused by improper use or accidents (e.g. shock, fall, water damage, scratches, etc.)
In case of questions regarding warranty and repair, you can always contact our customer service.
The warranty is void if your TYLOR watch has been repaired by any unauthorized third party or parties.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typos, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information, or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Please be assured that all personal data we gathered is kept private and confidential, and we have no intention to rent or sell personal information.
Although reasonable efforts are used to have the colors of the watch images displayed as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your devices. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Our responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. We bear no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Events beyond TYLOR's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that we are released from the obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are war, terrorism or threats of terrorism, riot, fire or flood, government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, sabotage, accident, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers.
TYLOR will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms & conditions by posting updates and/or changes to this page. You should therefore check this page periodically for changes, as the terms & conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us whenever you order a product from us.
In case of discrepancies of the English and other languages of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
