Where can i enter the coupon code?
The code(s) can be added on checkout page, and the discount will immediately be reflected from the total sum when applying the code(s). Please note that the coupon code and gift voucher code can be used together for one order. However, you can only use one coupon code / gift voucher code per order.

 

 

How can i pay for my order?
We accept payment by visa, mastercard, amex and paypal account.

 

 

Can i change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within the same day. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

 

Do you ship to every country in the world?
We ship almost worldwide. Unfortunately, there are countries which we cannot serve. You may check at checkout page for the areas that can be selected for delivery and contact us if your area is not included.

 

 

What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for the order above US$60, otherwise the shipping cost is US$15.

 

 

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time for your order is usually within 2-7 working days. However, the actual delivery time can be longer due to your location and custom process for some countries.

 

 

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
The total purchase price shown when ordering is inclusive of taxes to the below areas:
United States
the European Union (EU) member countries
Australia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Macau.
You may place an order to a country outside the above listed areas, but please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the goods reach the destination.

 

 

What’s your return policy?
For all orders placed through our site, we offer a 14 days full return service including the options of exchanging your product(s) and having your money refunded.  Please note exchanges are dependent on availability of stock. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost, duties and taxes (if any).
In the case of return or exchange, please contact our customer service. 

 

 

Do i have to pay for the delivery charges if i return a watch?
Please note that it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs and to make sure the returned goods reach us in unharmed condition along with the original packaging and gifts (if any). We advise you to choose an insured shipping method which includes a track & trace.

 

 

I have received a wrong / faulty product, what shall i do?
If you receive a faulty or wrong product(s), please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within 3 days after receiving the order). We will provide you with further instructions on exchange procedures in 3 working days and bear the shipment costs incurred.

 

 

Have you received my return?
Once we receive the returned goods, we will notify you after inspection and process them to ensure that you get what you want as quickly as possible.

 

 

Is there a warranty?
Warranty for TYLOR watches is 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects including the watch movement, dial, indexes and hands.
The warranty does not cover:
1) the life of the batteries, normal wear and tear, strap or bracelet damage.
2) damage caused by improper use or accidents (e.g. Shock, fall, water damage, scratches, etc.)
In case of questions regarding warranty and repair, you can always contact our customer service.
The warranty is void if your TYLOR watch has been repaired by any unauthorized third party or parties.

We appreciate that you want to be a reseller of TYLOR, please email us at stating which territory and the number of dealers/retailers you distribute to. It would also be great if you could include a brief list of other brands you work with.

 

 

How do i change the strap?
All of our watches come with interchangeable quick release straps which can be clicked on and off for a whole new look.  To change your strap simply:- 
1. pull back the pin.
2. then with the pin held back, place the strap into the holes on the watch
3. then release the pin to secure the strap
